At The Well Counseling Practice, we believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. Our rates are designed to be fair and accessible: $200 for an Initial Assessment and $180 for Individual and Couples sessions. Investing in your mental health is a vital step towards healing and growth, and we are here to support you every step of the way.

If you choose to self-pay, we offer competitive rates that allow you to prioritize your mental health without the constraints of insurance. Our self-pay rate is $180 per session, and we can provide detailed receipts for your records. This option gives you the flexibility and control over your therapeutic journey, ensuring you receive the support you need.

*We understand that financial concerns can sometimes be a barrier to accessing care, especially for those whose insurance we are unable to accept. To help bridge this gap, we offer a limited number of reduced-fee slots specifically for self-pay clients. These reduced-fee options are considered on an individual basis, based on financial need and availability. If you are interested, please mention this during the initial intake process, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Insurance ACCEPTED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE

We are proud to be in-network with several major insurance providers, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois PPO plans, Aetna, and United HealthCare/Optum. If you’re unsure about your coverage, we can assist you in navigating your benefits. For those whose insurance is not in-network, we offer self-pay options and can provide receipts for out-of-network reimbursement. Your journey to wellness should not be hindered by financial concerns.
